You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pools and their equipment. You will also assist with the installation and commissioning of various systems while maintaining clear and professional communication with our customers.
Autonomy, initiative and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Plumbing experience is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform seasonal swimming pool maintenance
- Install, commission and inspect pumps, filters and other pool equipment
- Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Carry out necessary repairs and adjustments
- Explain completed work and services to customers
- Use the required applications and tools to document service calls
- Keep service reports up to date
Requirements
- Experience in swimming pool maintenance, repair or installation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability and ability to respond quickly to service calls
- Plumbing experience is considered an asset
